How much does property management cost in London?

Our property management in London is charged as a monthly commission on rent collected: 8% on the Standard package or 10% on the Fully Managed package. You pay nothing during void periods, because commission is only ever taken on rent we actually collect. A one-off let pack, 7.5% Pack One or 8.5% Pack Two of the 12-month rental value, covers the initial tenant find, and management commission begins from month two.

What does a property management company do?

A property management company runs your rental property on your behalf: sourcing and referencing tenants, collecting rent, handling tenant communications, arranging repairs and maintenance, carrying out routine inspections and keeping the property compliant. At All In House Property Group, every one of these is handled in-house, including cleaning, inventories, EICR, gas safety and EPC certificates.

Do you charge commission during void periods?

No. We only take commission on rent we actually collect, so when your property sits empty between tenancies there is no management charge. If a tenant we placed leaves during the rental period, we re-let the property at no additional letting fee.

How is your property management different from a traditional London agent?
